The following service providers are currently in use based on the organisation's technical configuration:

• Replit Inc. — application hosting and deployment infrastructure. Servers may be located in the United States.
• Resend — transactional email delivery for inquiry notifications and form confirmations. Servers may be located in the United States.
• Google LLC — business communications via Google Workspace and Gmail. Subject to Google's applicable privacy terms and policies.

11. Cookies and Analytics

Kaskitew-Maskwa uses website analytics provided through Replit to understand aggregate site usage and engagement with public content. Depending on the platform configuration, analytics may process page views, routes, referral information, deliberately supplied campaign parameters, browser and device information, approximate geographic information, and Kaskitew-Maskwa-controlled events about interactions with public pages, articles, service areas, sectors, and calls to action. Replit infrastructure may also process technical request metadata, including IP addresses, to provide and protect these services.

Kaskitew-Maskwa's custom analytics is designed to describe what content, capability, or sector a visitor engaged with, not who the visitor is. Custom analytics does not intentionally send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, inquiry text, employer identity, Indigenous identity, or company identity, and it does not infer company identity from IP addresses. Information submitted through website forms is handled separately from analytics.

Replit may use cookies or similar technical mechanisms as part of platform delivery and analytics, depending on the active platform configuration. Kaskitew-Maskwa's custom analytics code does not create analytics cookies, advertising identifiers, or cross-device profiles. Campaign source, medium, and campaign values may be used when they are deliberately supplied in a landing-page URL and are retained only for the current browser session by Kaskitew-Maskwa's custom code.

Kaskitew-Maskwa does not use advertising pixels or behavioural advertising on this website. The website's font files are hosted and delivered from the Kaskitew-Maskwa website rather than loaded from Google Fonts.

Server-side logs and security mechanisms collect minimal technical information for the purpose of detecting abuse, spam, and unusual access patterns. These logs are not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

12. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards intended to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Measures in use include encrypted connections (HTTPS), access-controlled hosting infrastructure, server-side rate limiting, and form spam-detection controls.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Submitting a contact form or partnership inquiry does not subscribe a person to marketing communications. Transactional messages, inquiry responses, program communications, and active-business-relationship messages may be handled differently where permitted by law.
