A government-supported initiative introducing Indigenous participants to careers across aviation, aerospace, aircraft maintenance, airport operations, skilled trades, and related technical pathways.

Kaskitew-Maskwa is leading an Indigenous aviation workforce initiative designed to introduce Indigenous participants to careers across aviation, aerospace, aircraft maintenance, airport operations, skilled trades, administration, and related technical pathways.

The initiative brings together Indigenous community partners, aviation employers, workforce specialists, and industry leaders to provide career awareness, workplace exposure, mentorship, employment preparation, and connections to future training and employment opportunities.
