OVERVIEW

Kaskitew-Maskwa is a 100% Indigenous-owned workforce strategy and recruitment firm supporting prime contractors, defence organizations, and major project developers in delivering Industrial and Technological Benefits (ITB), Indigenous participation, and full workforce execution requirements.

We go beyond advisory and recruitment — we act as a delivery partner, enabling organizations to translate commitments into measurable, reportable outcomes aligned with contract obligations.

WHAT WE DELIVER

We provide integrated workforce solutions that support both ITB compliance and operational execution, including:

  • Indigenous workforce recruitment and placement across all levels (Trades to Executive).
  • Indigenous participation strategy aligned with ITB and procurement requirements
  • Community-connected talent pipeline development with Nations, Bands, and Indigenous organizations
  • Workforce development programs where talent pipelines do not yet exist
  • Full-spectrum recruitment (Indigenous and non-Indigenous) to ensure project delivery
  • Long-term workforce planning aligned with multi-year contracts and programs

MEASURABLE & REPORTABLE IMPACT

We enable organizations to track and report ITB-relevant outcomes, including:

  • Indigenous hires and workforce participation rates
  • Retention and progression metrics
  • Community engagement and partnership activity
  • Workforce development and training outcomes

Our approach ensures all activities are structured, traceable, and aligned with ITB reporting requirements.
